I had the option of in-person or zoom. I picked zoom. All communication was via email before and after the zoom meeting. Pretty simple questions. Ex. How you would react to different situations with customers.

Interview
The interview was quick and simple. I was asked about my past work experiences as a security guard. They already knew they were hiring me before I got there. They also asked me about availability too. 0/10 job, I highly suggest if you value your mental health do not work here.
Easy, brief, asked all the questions you will find by googling "interview questions". I applied and got a call from HR to arrange an interview. I interviewed with the department manager, HR manager, and had a background check done. Once all of that was set, I did a four hour computer training and was able to start.
