2 Part Interview; First was via phone speaking to someone from headquarters and the second was in person speaking to someone from HR. The first interview was mostly about your resume and experiences. Want to get to know you. The second part was hypothetical questions to see how you would respond to specific situations with employees and customers.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomingdale's (New Orleans, LA) in Nov 2020

Process was quick and consisted of a phone interview, a online questionnaire, a video conference call, followed by the in person interview. The in person interview was very long - it starts early in the morning and lasted until the evening. A full day of activities and interviews. Overall, employees were nice and easy to talk to.

After applying online, I took a short logic assessment, then was invited to interview over video. It was two back to back 30 min interviews. One was with a recruiter and one was with someone in the program. Both were very nice and friendly. Mainly behavioral questions, and some situational questions having to do with fashion trends.

Four interviews. The first was on skype with a recruiter who found me on LinkedIn. Then another skype interview with someone who was involved with the EDP program. Then two skype interviews on the same day with HR staff of the store I was hired at.
