I applied online and two days later I received the invitation to do the first round telephone interview. they process you quickly if you stand out from the screening. but I am not familiar with the following processes ..

Phone Interview (in chosen language)
Interview process quite quick and smooth. Given lots of resources to prepare for the interviews. Hirevue is quite long (6/7) questions. Phone interview has the purpose to confirm speaking ability in chosen language (ex. Spanish / Italian speakers)
I applied online and had an online interview. I did not make it to the final interview. Anyways, the interview online was like Hire view, with time to prepare in between the questions
