And I could not answered one question quite well.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg in Nov 2014

      Interview

I applied via their website on 15th October. I got an email the next day for a phone interview scheduled the next week. The questions were all about my resume. The interviewer was nice. She then told me that I will need to do a video conference interview with BB Tokyo the week after. That the 2nd interview was also okay, the 2 managers where very nice and friendly. I am so keen to get the job and I think I did well on the interview. I was promised a feedback by the end of that week, however after 2 weeks, I received an auto-generated email telling me they will not be pursuing my application anymore.

      Interview

I went to the Bloomberg career section online and applied for the position and the next day received an email from the recruiting team inviting me for a phone interview. It was quick and intense. The recruiting team took no time to contact me with their decision following each interview. The phone interview was scheduled for two days later and a few hours after the interview I received an email requesting my availability for the following week for an in-house interview. The first in-house was scheduled for 5 days after the phone interview and a second in-house interview a week 1/2 later. Three hours after the second in-house interview I received a call for a job offer.
