I applied online through the Bloomberg website, then received a request to complete an online test. It was fairly easy, just consisted of some basic logic questions (rotate this object, count the number of 'i's in a paragraph...). Then during the phone interview, I was asked about previous programming projects and experience, as well as some basic brain teaser and role playing questions. I have been invited for an in-house interview next week, so we'll see how it goes.
