Submitted resume, take 3 weeks to process. Scheduled interview, 7-9 questions about 20- 30 minutes... sounds like the HR was recording only and you feel like no one was on the phone.

Question 1
What do you know about bloomberg? Why Bloomberg? What do you know about global data? Tell me about yourself. etc...
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Skillman, NJ) in Jan 2010
Interview
The first interview started with mostly basic background and resume questions. Nothing too difficult if you are comfortable with phone interviews. The second round interview questions started much the same way but became much more technical. Again, if you understand the financial markets, what the company does and the specific position, the questions aren't that difficult.
