It was a 45 min long interview and it included biographical, motivational and technical questions. The interview was conducted by two current analysts and sometimes the questions could be interpreted ambiguously.

1) HR Phone Interview - linguistic skills / questions about your past experiences / why you want to break into this industry etc.
2) Team Leader Interview - similar format to the phone interview but more questions on how your skills / experiences are relevant to the position
