Agency submitted my resume, got a phone interview one week after, then second round on site interview few days later, and then get accepted few days later.
very straightforward, no BS at all, although interview questions usually depend on your manager's style

Question 1
resume questions and your python skill, how would you solve this project?
Video call with 2-3 rounds interview with different people. Case was given in a group setting that you have to work with other candidates. After that you will get into breakout rooms for 1-2-1 interviews where they will ask about your motivation to join the company and why this role.
Did one interview I thought it went well but I was rejected at the first stage. Asked for feedback they said they choosed somebody already in the department.
Waste of time.

Day15: Received an HR phone interview invitation.
Day22: HR phone interview.
