Interview
First stage was a phone interview. It might just have been in my case but I found this one the most difficult.
The second stage was a face2face round one with one representative from analytics and one from sales, then there were two more interview rounds before the offer. They are very quick in letting you know if you moved on to the next step in the process, usually within 24h
It was a natural conversation. Not tense. Almost didn’t even feel like I was having an interview. Tested both Japanese and English skills. They also asked me about their products

What did you work hard during university
Begins with a personality assesment that also includes puzzles meant to test pattern recognition. The assesment and the personality quiz takes about 30-40 minutes and requires no preperation before hand.
First was Hireview, 1 Hour interview with two team leaders, and assessment centre, consisting of tests, networking, and a final round interview with two team leaders from analytics and sales departments respectively.
