Fairly common process. I didn't prepare sufficiently and got rejected. HR Screen then technical interview where I got rejected. Interviewer was helpful through the process. Padding with words to fill limit now.
Difficult interview
Application
I applied through university. I interviewed at Bloomberg
Interview
10min behavior 30 min technical. It’s on zoom, you join through the portal then you collaborate code with the interviewer on one of the interview platforms. Overall it wasn’t that bad. It’s just you know what you’re going to get as a question. Which is the thing that might have you anxious like me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It was a graph question. It had to do with fuel and something else I forgot
Technical Screen. Scheduled a week after applying. Overall very fast and very nice people. Got a very chill interviewer and was expected to solve 2 leetcode mediums in 40 minutes
Interviewer failed to clarify on the input, forces me to apply her/his logic throughout, even though the time complexity is the same, and space complexity is equivalent in Big O notation. Late for 1/4 of the interview.
