I applied online and was called for my interview. Spoke briefly with the hiring manager and was told to come in for the training classes. There wasn't much discussed about job specifics.

I don't remember specific questions. The hiring manager seemed like they just wanted some one who sounded friendly and professional.
Pretty simple! The assessments are long but not hard, the interview is normal and easy going, just be you! Don’t stress it and you will breeze through the whole process.

I had 2 interviews, pretty straight forward. i asked them questions and they answered. was offered a job the same day. They ask situational questions, ask how many states you are licensed in and that determines if you will be senior agent or not
