I have had several interviews with block and each time they string you on and then cancel the role, feels like all of the roles are fake, and they are pretending to hire

Pretty Straight forward - recruiter call, and multiple design lead interviews. Was asked to submit a loom video recording of talking through design projects. Not a ton of feedback overall and not super detailed on which team the role was for/
