There are three different interviews for this position. The first one is with Human Resources, second one is with a lead in the department and the last one is with the hiring manager. There is a role play included in the interview, best to do your research.

Initial screening call with recruiter---actually good questions about my experience, background, and aspirations. The recruiter was the best interviewer! On-site interview with 5 people at their SF office. These 5 interviewers were all head of something, spent just 20 minutes, and asked the EXACT same question, and seemed like they're being bothered to come in and speak with someone. Two weeks after the interview, the stock had plummeted by 30%, and I think that sense of anxiety was very present during the interview process, as they said so! Interviewers talked a lot about trying to hire 'leadership' and experienced people, talked openly about being an 'adolescent' organization and about growing pains. They seemed to be a group who the company wasn't promoting further, but they were asked to screen candidates with much more experience! Very Odd. But from the interview process, questions, and interactions they had no clue HOW to do this hiring. They were seeking *actual* answers to a specific question, and rather than discuss strategic planning, organizational models, business design, or challenges and how to approach them, they seemed very anxious and wanted an actual answer to such a complex business! My personal assessment is that it reflected a lack of leadership, and everyone was playing way too nice (they all said how GREAT the other interviewer was, just great!!). My only other observation was that the company may not be hiring, or they're looking to interview lots of people to make a 'consensus' decision that doesn't offend anyone in any way! Be careful with this if you don't enjoy wasting your time or having your confidence shaken (if you're sensitive to being turned down, which if you're in BD or Sales you're not!).
