Pretty easy interview process. There was an initial screening with recruiter then two interviews with the hiring manager and director. Asked questions about previous job history and did a mock sales call.

I applied to square early January and received a interest response from the recruiter within a week. They setup a phone interview to go over the company and the position as well as salary expectations. They are very transparent with what the position entails as well as the benefits the company offers.
After the call the recruiter let me know they would make their next decision within the following week. Within two days I got an email confirmation of moving onto the panel interview with the hiring manager and some team members.
They give you a small role play to see how you will react to certain situations. They provide the role play script ahead of time so you have plenty of time to prepare.
The panel interview was great, everyone was so informative and kind. They provide feedback as to what you can implement on your tactics and improve.
The role play only took about 30 mins after that it was regular questions to get to know how you think and how you can make an impact within the customer base.
The whole panel interview was done with multiple people but one at a time. The process took about 2 hours to complete.
After the interview the hiring manager let me know they would make a decision within a week.
That same day I received a phone call from the recruiter to inform me I got the job.

Good process, 5 interviews in total. First is with hiring manager, second to fourth is with the team and fifth is a presentation with hiring manager and other staff member. Overall very friendly and easy.
