      Very unprofessional. I was contacted by the recruiter who responded to my application 2 weeks after I applied. I gave the recruiter my availability for a call a few hours after her initial email, however, she did not respond until a full 24 hours which in that time I had scheduled multiple interviews. I tried to inform her during the wait for her response, I had scheduled interviews, therefore, my availability has changed. I didn’t hear back until the next afternoon. We settled on a confirmed date and time, however, she never called. I’ve managed hiring so I know things come up but, I never received an apology email or a request to reschedule. Very unprofessional to schedule an appointment and waste someone’s time. The recruiting/hiring process sets the tone for the company. If the recruiter is disorganized and gives a vibe of not caring for candidates, then that translate to the company being disorganized and not caring for their employees. I was warned from former employees who left on their choice because of a disorganized business structure and always feeling they were set up to fail. This short experience reinforces that.

      it started late, it was conducted on speaker phone and the interviewer had only been with the company for 2 months. I received a "reject" email about 3 minutes after the phone interview.

      The moment you get there, the people are friendly and very professional despite the laid back atmosphere of the work environment. They told me to expect to be there at least until noon, and the interview process took an hour. The only thing that threw me off is that they make it very obvious that you are not a fit because they have panels of people who interview you. If you impress the first panel, then you move on the next, etc.. So if you don't advance, then you know you didn't get it. I'm not sure what the purpose of that is, but it threw me off a little. I literally had to answer the same types of questions over and over.
