Interview

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Blitz Tampa (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2020
Interview
Appointment was at 1:15 at their Tampa location. Was not seen until 1:45 as there were 4 other applicants in front of me and were seen in order or signing in which consisted of completing a subjective form. Hiring manager was nice. However, I quickly learned that within the vague role responsibilities and fluff website, the position is all the same - selling "fortune 500" subscriptions within Walmart. I was told everyone starts within the sales role, but they really want managers. I immediately politely declined and left. Feel baited.

Interview
Huge red flag went up immediately: someone was texting me about the job. Who does that? I did get a confirm email to schedule a date & time to interview. I asked a few times to ensure I was interviewing for what I applied for. I feel in my bones this was scary sales, but couldn't be sure. I arrived at the interview, nervous. My gut continued to tell me this was a scam. Multiple people (young/fresh out of high school) were waiting and continued to trickle in. I am always early, but had to wait nearly 20min past my scheduled time. A bunch of well dressed boys let walking through double doors from a "meeting". I should have ran: if they are too unprofessional in punctuality and respect then it probably isn't a good place to be. I get into my room and the guy starts talking about the company. I immediately asked to confirm that I was interviewing for the exec. Admin position. He just looked at me, kind of headstand, then bs'd saying all employees state "here" yada yada. NOPE! From there it was rushed to get me out. I am positive he knew I saw through the sleazy pyramid scheme and wanted me gone. Never would completely answer my question when I asked why they falsely advertised a position. I never got a call back.
However, weeks later I received another text about interviewing for a position I just applied for. Hahaha.
