The interview was with 3 senior members of the firm and focused on work ethic and a team approach to projects and problem solving. I showed my portfolio and was asked what involvement I had with the projects included, what I would have done differently etc, where the clients happy with my work, and was the project successful in terms of the business goals of my previous firm.
