Blip (Portugal) interview questions

At least four phases: 1 - HR; 2- Technical Interview with two software developers (not related with the team that you will be working) about java 3 - Technical Interview with live coding and question about java 4 - Behavior interview

First a screening interview, with normal questions about experience, how much you know about the company and why you think it would be a nice fit from your side and theirs. Second is a technical questionnaire with exercise at the end. Felt a bit weird, the request access to your camera (to make sure that is really you doing it alone, thats ok), but also scan you eye movement during the whole process…
