Blip interview questions

Três etapas: RH, teste e Com a Advogada que iríamos trabalhar. Total falta de transparência. Não há como saber quem foi escolhido. Falaram que cancelaram a vaga, depois a moça do RH, afirmou que havia sido escolhido alguém, totalmente contrário ao feedback. Sem transparência!

I had applied for this position on LinkedIn twice and got a generic ATS rejection, but then the recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn, saying I could be a good match. I went through four stages: - A call with the recruiter. - An interview with the design lead. - A take-home challenge I had to prepare on my own time, send and then present to the design lead and another designer. - A cultural interview with a director. I got good feedback in every stage, including the take-home challenge. After finishing the whole process, I never heard from them again, even after following up. Different people I interviewed with contradicted each other: someone told me I'd only work in Spanish and with Spanish companies and another person told me I'd work with European companies. I asked about the possibility of growth within the company (because I read on Glassdoor that there was none) and they avoided answering my question. They're completely unprofessional and rude and have awful internal communication.
