It was a simple and easy in person interview. Mostly based on any operations experience that you would put in your resume. They basically look for your communication and presentation skills. There is a training period during the first 2 weeks of job.

Asked a quick case followed by a discussion on my workex along with some more questions. There were some follow up questions from my side which they answered promptly and the interview ended

grofers came for campus placement, was supposed to come to the institute but didnt. did resume based shortlisting and then took personal interviews on skype. 18 students were selected for personal interview, my interview took place for half hour
