The interview took 30 minutes. The interviewer asked specific questions that I had faced in my past work experiences. There were no technical questions. The interview mainly focused on crisis management and how to deal with time pressure.

Question 1
What was the one mistaked that you made in your job?
This was one of the most organized interview processes I’ve ever experienced. From the start, HR shared a Canva page outlining all the interview steps, which made the process very transparent and easy to follow.
The HR recruiter was friendly, approachable, and made the communication feel positive and smooth. The hiring manager interview stood out as well, instead of asking generic or textbook style questions, the conversation was business-oriented, making me reflect on real-world scenarios. At the end, the hiring manager even provided personalized feedback, which I found extremely valuable and rare in many interview processes.
Overall, the experience really highlighted Blinkist commitment to structured processes and a supportive team culture. Regardless of the outcome, I had a very positive impression of the company and the people I spoke with.
