Blessings Golf Club interview questions

Came into the restaurant to interview one on one with the manager. Interviewed for the position, and hired same day. Questions were easy. Most were about customer service, working at a fast pace, collaboration with coworkers, and working long hours and holidays. Job was guaranteed if you could memorize the breakfast/lunch menus. Pop quizzes were given on these after hiring.

Met in person to see if the candidate is professional and good at interacting with people. After a 15 to 20 minute meeting I was hired on the spot.
