2 rounds. 1st technical - interviewer was speaking in Marathi. 2nd technical - some punk who was using ChatGPT to validate answers 3rd cultural fit - I rejected the company HR started ghosting after the technical round. Suddenly after few days, received the call to which she said she will confirm the cultural fit interview timings. Post that, started ghosting again. To which I raised the issue with the CEO. HR called immediately and started shouting. Work as a daily wage earner but don’t join this company. Even CEO is not so professional here. Check interviewer’s face during interview, you’ll get an idea how pathetic the culture is.
