I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Blacktrace (Royston, East of England, England) in Nov 2021
Interview
The whole process was like any standard interview, the interviewers were friendly and professional, and gave much more details about the job, and asked candidate for preference over job. it was an overall pleasant experience despite not getting an offer.

Interview
I applied at the beginning of September- the last interview took place mid November.
In general, the whole process was well organized and things moved fast after the 2nd interview.
The first round lasted around 30 min and was pretty standard. It took about a month to get any feedback- in my case invitation for another interview. 2nd interview lasted around 1.5h- first, the discussion with HR (we went through my Belbin test), followed by the presentation I was asked to prepare and finished with the discussion with the managing director and head of science and application. This time I got a phone call within a couple of days. As I’m not based in the UK everything was followed by the teams meeting with the CEO and invitation to come to see the company and meet the team. Everyone was very friendly and it really seemed like a great place to work.
