Applied online and scheduled an in-person interview within the next week. I arrived 10 mins early and stood awkwardly in the middle of their work area as they didn't have a front desk and the interviewer, who saw me standing there, didn't bother to greet me. Decided to just sit down in what looked like a waiting area. It was pretty clear, the interviewer wasn't ready for me as he started clearing out the back storage room and setting up a computer. Waited another 15 mins to be brought into a room to complete an online personality quiz and written situational test. As I was finishing the personality quiz and started on the written portion, I checked the time and realize over an hour had already passed from when I had arrived. I had assumed the interview was only going to take at most 1.5 hours and had scheduled another meeting right after. I found the interviewer and apologized for having to leave early as I wasn't told the entire process was going to take so long. The interviewer got offended and just left me at the storage room and went back to his desk. I grabbed my things and walked out. Most bizarre interview I've ever been to.
