      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Blackbaud in Sept 2010

      Interview

I applied on the campus website and interview on campus. They were doing campus recruiting. I spoke with them at the career fair and then an interview was schedule for the following day. The interview was one-on-one. The interview was friendly and made me very comfortable. He asked me a few questions about my background history, skills, experiences, and what I would bring to the company. We also spent a lot of time on my passions for international development.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Blackbaud (Austin, TX)

      Interview

The phone interview was pretty straightforward. A lady from out of state was the one calling me, and she explained the job duties in detail. She answered all my questions and was very informative. I wasn't aware of how much travel was involved in the job (>75%) so I wasn't too fond of it after I found that out. She said that I would be on a team and that we would most likely leave to travel somewhere on a Sunday then hopefully get back by Friday to spend Friday in the office, and finish up any extra work on Saturday. It seemed like a lot of travel and the hours weren't stable enough for me. I like to plan ahead, and if I don't even know what state I'll be in, that's kind of difficult. It's a great job if you like sales and traveling.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Blackbaud (Austin, TX) in May 2013

      Interview

Applied online, had a phone interview, and weeks later was invited to interview onsite. Weeks after that, HR coordinated said interview. Had 3 one-on-one interviews onsite with people in various roles. Unlike other places I'd interviewed with multiple interviews in a day, none of the interviews were with HR. Candidates were told we would know whether or not we were getting an offer within 2 weeks but "probably earlier". The HR later also informed us that by the end of our interview day she would know who was qualified as definite hire, possible hire, and no hire. They waited until the last possible day to tell me I was not getting an offer. The office in Austin is really cool and almost everyone I met was super friendly. Bummed I didn't get the job and disappointed about how long it took to get a final decision. Overall the company's interview process just moves a bit slower than others.
