I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BlackBerry (Waterloo, ON) in Mar 2013
Interview
Applied through my university. Received an email from the BlackBerry Campus Recruiter saying they would like to schedule a phone interview with me. Received the call on the scheduled date. They asked me general questions about my schooling, basic questions about programming in C++, mobile development, and multi-threaded programming. It was all very general and nothing too difficult. Very relaxed and the guys were very nice.

Good chill interview nothing crazy but yeah just ask some questions related to software engineering and that’s all it was imo. No
Big deal at all. At least 30
Words tho
Was good, detailed and laid out process. Communication was good and feedback on timely manner. Could have used more detail in job details. Professional panel during my visit. They did take a while to respond back and the process to completion was rather time consuming.
