The interview process was a multi-step process that consisted of a full day of in-person interviews. I was interviewed by three two people teams at a time. There was an initial meet and greet with the department manager and an end of interview Q&A with the same department manager.

They were very focused on ensuring that I had long term plans to stay with the company. They asked if I intended to remain with this company for at least 5 years.

Pretty Laid back but lengthy interview process. Took about 3 hours total. Have a good understanding of the position you are interviewing for and you should be alright. Showed you what you would be doing on a daily basis. Interviewed with three different employees

Interview
Applied online. Phone interview and then on site interview in Michigan. Got a call from the HR after two weeks to say that the position was cancelled due to final quarter budget reallocation.
