There were three stages to the interview process - all virtual, so everything felt quite relaxed. The first was with HR, where we went through the role and company in more detail, as well as my background. The second interview was with the Head of Department to run through my skills and experience against the job description. During the final interview, I presented an audit of the various marketing channels and answered questions off the back of that with the Head of Department and one of the co-founders.
Everyone I met during the interview process was very friendly and open, which gave me a great insight into the company culture and the people I would be working with.
