I was called for a group meeting which was followed by a one-to-one interview. Where they ask you typical questions such as why Black sheep coffee and not starbcuk or costa ? During the group meeting you are paired up with someone next to you and have 2 minutes to get interesting facts about them, example : age , name , previous experience in coffee making or favourite hobby. At the end of this talk with your partner you have to present them to the Hiring manager(or HR Staff) Then an activity is followed by this and you work with 3+ people and complete the task.
