Black Rifle Coffee interview questions

Interview with recruiter, who will sign off or reject you, then interview in person at store with shift lead/ GM. Usually will have a good idea if you have the job after in store interview.

I applied the first day the application opened up. I had an initial screening that I was very excited about. I was told there would be 2 more interviews after the initial. Recruiter was friendly and responsive and made me very excited for the role. I was very disappointed to be rejected a few days later saying they had hired someone else. I wish they would not do initial screenings getting candidate's hopes up when they already have a good pool of people. Disappointing.
