The process was with three levels of management and more like conversational rounds of interaction, it wasn't too tech heavy but were moreover to understand character, behavior and aspirations. However even after successfully clearing all steps in the process, agreeing and discussing the terms of employment, start date and compensation, assured to have the offer letter by MONDAY, the letter or that Monday never came which was a huge disappointment. It simply showcased lose threads within the organization and how the teams function after talking highly of team work and collaboration.
