Interview
Long interview process with 4 rounds of interview (1st round HR screening, 2nd round finance shared service managers, 3rd round cross function team interview, 4th round finance management. It takes 1-2 weeks in between each round. I made it to the 3rd round. Mostly f2f interviews. 2nd round includes a 20min technical assessment, and more f2f questions.

1st rd Hr, 2nd RO + assessment, 3rd cross team, 4th finance director. overall interview was easy and not much technical questions were asked and doesnt really gauge level of candidates. more of asking past experiences of candidates.
