Interview
I was interviewed by the marketing director, and chief marketing officer for the position. The first interview was asking questions about broad marketing techniques and knowledge, followed by validating work history and experience.
The second interview was more of a conversation performed by the CEO and laid out what his expectations were, what the organizational goals were, and how I would fit on the team.

Question 1
If the company makes X amount of ARR, how much would you request to be allocated to the marketing budget?
First I found job opening on their page and applied right away. I didn't get response for 1 month. After 1 month, manger emailed me and said they want to move forward with me. There were two different interview. First one was phone screening and second one was face-to-face interview.
