Interview
Started out with a phone interview. Then I was brought in for an in-person interview. After 2-3 weeks I was brought in for a follow up interview where I met the broader team. After another 2-3 weeks I received a phone call with an offer, followed by a written offer the next day via email. I started work 3 weeks later.

Nothing unexpected was asked. I did end up doing some contract work for them in the interim before an offer was made. I don't know that this part is typical but probably helped secure the job in my case.
