The interview process spanned over three rounds with different team members including the HR Head and Director. While the conversations were thoughtful, the follow-up lacked clarity and professionalism. Despite multiple interviews and efforts to follow up, communication stalled, and the position was reposted without any formal closure. It left me feeling undervalued as a candidate and unsure where I stood in the process.

I applied online and a recruiter reached out and had 2 screening interviews with them.
The feedback I got after the 2nd interview was about the lack of experience in areas that I talked about a few times in the interview and something that was not on the job description.
Not listening and hidden requirements are something that most developers hate from employers.
