The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bish Display (Lake Zurich, IL)
Interview
Initial first video interview with someone who didn’t seem to know anything about the role in question or much about the company. Didn’t know which questions to ask or when to ask me to elaborate on things important to the role. Sporadic messages from initial interviewer with grammatical errors at very odd hours.
The next three interviews were back to back, on-site. One with the CEO and two with people in leadership. Good conversation except with one of them that seemed to dance around pretty important questions I had about the company and processes. I got pretty sketchy vibes.
Overall I seemed to make a good impression on them and they were very enthusiastic about me. I sent a follow up/thank you message to the only person I had written contact with via Indeed, and she never responded. It has been over a month and I still have not heard back from them.
Interview process with this company is a waste of time. Not responding or not having the decency to be on top of it and send an auto rejection, says a lot about a company and what they stand for.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bish Display (Lake Zurich, IL) in Nov 2021
