Birkenstock interview questions

Lovely chat with two management members of staff. They asked both predetermined questions by the company as well as their own. There was plenty of room for questions. Conversation felt informal and friendly. Gave off a good vibe. Did ask some annoying cliche questions such as your weaknesses and strengths. The only thing is I felt that they were not 100% transparant about what they were looking for exactly and I would have answered the questions differently had it been clear.
