Pathetic.. they try to show themselves big.. But they are just an ant to what they actually are.. 1 round and you are done.. Because they will make you work for only 1 month and throw you out..

Interview

Structure interviews, initially on telephone and then with manager face to face. Final was the hr round. Interview has to be well thought and be prepared for questions in skills based.

It was a smooth process with 3 rounds 1st round with the HR , 2nd Moc k call and 3rd round with the director IT started at 11am and by 4.00 i had the offer letter
