The process initially moved quickly and felt well organised for the first role. Later, I was told I should take part in another round of interviews for a potential second role. I completed one interview for that second role, but the next interview was only communicated very late, which made the process feel disorganised. After that, I never heard back, despite sending several emails asking for updates about the role and interview process. I also never received any feedback or closure. Overall, the experience became confusing, and the communication towards the end was disappointing, especially as I had been open to taking part in additional interviews that were arranged at short notice.
