I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bionik (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2015
Interview
I found one of their employees on LinkedIn. I sent my resume to him. After sending a few follow-up emails, he introduced me to his manager and he asked for an interview. Since I was in the town they arranged an onsite interview next day. The interview was very basic. The hiring manager was not a technical person. He asked my opinion on how they can improve they current system.
