Interview
I applied online and received a call the next day from HR. Very nice. Went over my background, got a description of the job and an overwiew of the salary. Told my information would be forwaded to a hiring manager and they would contact me if interested. I received the call later that afternoon saying hiring manager was interested in phone interview, setup for following week. Spoke on phone for about 30 minutes, description of job, information about myself, said was interested in moving forward and would fly up next week for face to face. HR called me the next day to setup face to face at a local hotel. Went to local hotel, met with hiring manager, went over my resume from top to bottom, usual interview questions. Received email two days later stating they went with someone else. Overall, looked like a great company. Dissapointed I didnt get position.

Phone screen pretty standard with recruiter and then an existing rep.
Had an interview with two sales managers, very standard q & a.
Presentation. I kept it conversational didn't try to overstep with product knowledge. They are just looking to see if you can sell.

Interview
Company has been very easy to work with and open from the beginning. Hiring manager keeps it pretty simple with phone interview and then a 1:1 interview where you really go over resume and accomplishments. Second interview was a situational interview and got pretty in depth about handling sales scenarios. Lastly, phone interview with VP of sales.
