Biolytic Lab Performance interview questions

There were 3 rounds: a one on one phone interview, a team interview and a final HR interview. I've yet to hear from them as I finished it quite recently, but they were very responsive. They basically want to hear your experience( be it college or current employment) and how you'd tie that into your work ethic and their company culture.
