Es hat angefangen mit einer Vorstellung seitens der Firma. Anschließend durfte ich mich vorstellen. Dann folgten Fragen mit einem Fokus auf den Lebenslauf. Die Gesprächspartner waren hier sehr interessiert an den Methoden, was mich sehr gefreut hat. Zuguterletzt folgte noch eine Fragerunde.

Angenehme Atmosphäre, faire behandlung. Direkte und schnelle Kommunikation. Interviewprozess war klar strukturiert aus videocall mit kurzer Vorstellung, stellenprofil und anschließenden Bewerbungsfragen. Leider keine positive Rückmeldung erhalten, trotzdem angenehmer Eindruck und gute Erfahrung

1. Runde Online Interview: Vorstellung der Personen, Vorstellung von mir mit 10 min Vortrag über mein eigenes Forschungsthema. Dann gab es Fragen zum Vortrag zur fachlichen aber auch sehr viel zur persönlichen Qualifikation.
