It was pretty standard interview and a great interviewer. Was sad that I didn’t get the position, seems like a good company to work for. Pretty basic questions were asked.
Went on a tour of the facility which was just one long hallway. All of the staff was really friendly. The actual interview was terrible. Engineers acted like children when asking questions that were purposely setting up for failure. Overall, unprofessional place that didn’t give even a decent first impression.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BioFire Defense (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jan 2016
Interview
Really good that they allow you to see what you are going to be doing before you accept the job. It was more of a tour around the lab, and then they asked questions about the process and equipment that is being used to see if you know your stuff!
