Solid process. They are a very good firm but very selective with candidates because they have very specific needs. Would highly recommend for law students interested in staying in Miami area long term.

I did a 15-minute screening interview, which was followed by a longer interview process where I met with multiple attorneys each for 30-minute sessions. The screening was over Zoom and the longer interview meeting was at their office.
