I was referred by an employee and I was called for the interview in the next 2 days. The Interview was 20 mins long. Only 1 Round of interview. After interview, within 1 day I received the offer and I accepted it. The training was unpaid for 2 days at the corporate office of the company that I was representing.

Interview
Very brief and friendly with questions mostly tailored to find out if you are an honest person willing to learn. Previous experience in sales was not necessary. The second phase was an observation day where I accompanied an experience door to door salesperson to see if the job was really for me or not. The experience was fun and I brought a notepad to learn allot on the observation day.
