I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Biggs|Gilmore (Kalamazoo, MI) in Apr 2012
Interview
The interview for this position consisted of a one time, two hour interview in which multiple staff members at Biggs came in and out of the interview. I interviewed with representatives from Account Management, Project Management, and Human Resources. Each member of the Biggs staff came in for about a half hour time slot and discussed the position from their perspective. Sometimes it was a one on one, or a two on one.
I noticed that there weren't necessarily any pre-scripted questions. The interviewers were relatively straightfoward and mostly just reviewed my resume and asked me to discuss the experience gained from previous positions and activities and how it relates to the AC job.
Everyone was very kind and made me feel incredibly comfortable.
I was surprised at the level of HR detail that was discussed during the first interview. We went into information regarding pay structure, vacation time, health benefits, 401K, promotions, annual reviews, flexible working hours, etc. right away in that one time interview. In my previous experiences, these details were discussed in a second or third interview, but it is nice to have that information up front.

Question 1
Explain how you would handle delivering negative feedback on a project or design to a creative-type person who created the piece.
The interview process was great. I interviewed with two account management representatives and one HR representative. The higher-level account management, who would be the supervisor for the position, was great. The other account management person was very unprepared and didn't seem like they wanted to be there.
