Bigelow Tea interview questions

I had an initial interview with HR followed by a conversation with the hiring manager. Both interviews were straightforward but mostly consisted of standard, automated questions (Describe your strengths and weaknesses). While the process was polite and organized, I haven’t received any follow-up or update in about two months. The compensation and benefits package also appeared to be below industry average.
