This was one of the best interviewing experiences I've had. The recruiters found me through my Angelist profile and were very professional throughout the process. First, I had a phone screen and a virtual chat with the CTO. From there they asked for technical references and offered to complete a technical project, or to participate in a technical interview. Because I was in the New York area where they are looking to grow, I was able to meet in-person and speak to my technical projects in depth. Because that went well, I met with many team-members who were so encouraging so I was confident that I was investing in an open and collaborative team culture that would make the company successful in the long run.
